How to return an item

Returns Guarantee

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in it’s original condition within 28 days of dispatch. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds unless faulty.
Under our Refund Policy, you have 28 days to return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or mis-described, we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations.

The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for the refunds to show in your account. Each item returned is refunded separately and will show on your statement as a refund/credit from us. We will refund the payment card used when making your purchase.


Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers

If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 3 for £80.00'), you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in that offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount, you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.


7 Day Cooling-Off Period

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us at your cost. If we do not receive back the cancelled items, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.


Refunding the Delivery Charge

If we have made a mistake on an item sent to you or it is faulty or damaged, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive the item. We will also refund the delivery charges if you are cancelling your purchase within the seven day cooling off period.


Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too
